Wieliczka Salt Mine is one of the most exceptional places in the world. There is no other place like that anywhere. You begin your route with level I-64m below the ground, walk through galleries, chambers and chapels down to level III, 135m below the ground. The route is 2,5 km long. The lift will take you up and also down instead of walking 400 steps. The highlight is the richly ornamented Chapel of Blessed Kinga.
